Do you offer travel planning services?
Yes. We offer basic travel assistance through Gateway Travel, as well as itinerary planning services from Mia's Assisting LLC.
Is there a fee for travel services?
General travel booking assistance is typically commission-based through Gateway Travel. Custom itinerary planning services are subject to additional fees by Mia's Assisting LLC.
Why does your business offer travel support?
Travel can positively impact mental wellness, emotional health, personal growth, rest, and family connection. We believe experiences and memories are part of living a fulfilled life.
What travel services do you currently offer?
At this time, we primarily assist clients with:
Cruise bookings
Select Sandals® Resort vacations.
Custom travel itineraries
Travel research and planning assistance
Our goal is to help clients create relaxing, memorable, and enjoyable travel experiences without the stress of planning on their own.
Do you book flights?
Flight-only bookings are not currently offered (or rentals).
Flights may be included only when packaged with eligible vacations, such as cruises or qualifying resort packages, through our travel partners.

What is included in a custom itinerary?
Custom itineraries are designed to help you maximize your travel experience and reduce planning stress.
Depending on your needs, itinerary services may include:
Area research
Activity recommendations
Restaurant suggestions
Attraction planning
Reservation assistance
Local travel guidance
Daily activity planning
Budget-conscious suggestions
Travel organization support
The purpose of the itinerary is to help ensure your trip is enjoyable, organized, and tailored to your interests.
How much do custom itineraries cost?
Custom itineraries are $20 per day of travel planning.
This fee covers the time spent researching the area, organizing recommendations, contacting locations as needed, and helping to coordinate reservations or activities.
Do I have to book my trip through you to purchase an itinerary?
No. Custom itineraries do not require vacation bookings through Mia's Assisting LLC or Gateway Travel.
You are welcome to use itinerary services independently for personal travel planning support.
Are travel planning fees refundable?
Due to the time spent researching, planning, organizing, and preparing custom travel recommendations, itinerary planning fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Gateway Travel suggests that travelers use Travel Insurance.
