  • Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual effort, participation, mindset, and circumstances.

  • Payment is required before certain services unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Digital products, downloads, and customized services are non-refundable

  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time.

  • Repeated no-shows or inappropriate behavior may result in service termination.

  • Mia’s Assisting LLC reserves the right to update services, pricing, policies, or programs at any time.

  • Mia’s Assisting LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary.

  • Abuse, harassment, inappropriate conduct, or fraudulent activity will not be tolerated.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of service or product purchased.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed coaching sessions

  • Itinerary planning services once work has begun


Coaching Services

Refunds for coaching programs or sessions are not guaranteed once services have started. Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Physical Products

If physical products arrive damaged or incorrect, clients should contact us within a reasonable timeframe with supporting information or photos for review. We do not provide refunds for buyer's remorse or regret.


Cancellations

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests whenever possible.


No-Show & Cancellation Policy

At Mia’s Assisting LLC, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To ensure fair scheduling and quality support for all clients, we kindly ask for clear communication regarding cancellations or schedule changes.


Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests whenever possible.


Services Subject to This Policy

This policy applies to appointment-based services, including, but not limited to:

  • Life Coaching Sessions

  • Lifestyle Support Services

  • Virtual Consultations

  • Wellness Sessions

  • Accountability Sessions

  • Travel Planning Consultations

  • Virtual Assistant Consultations

  • Other scheduled support services


No-Show Fees

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notice may result in a no-show fee.


$50 No-Show Fee

A $50 no-show fee may be charged for:

  • Life Coaching Sessions

  • Lifestyle Support Services

When appointments are missed without proper cancellation or communication.


What Is Considered a No-Show?

A no-show may include:

  • Missing a scheduled appointment without notice

  • Canceling at the last minute without reasonable communication

  • Arriving excessively late in a manner that prevents the session from taking place

  • Repeated rescheduling without commitment to scheduled sessions


Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies and unexpected life situations may occur. Exceptions may be considered at management's discretion, depending on the circumstances and the communication provided.


Repeated Missed Appointments

Repeated no-shows or excessive last-minute cancellations may result in:

  • Required prepayment for future services

  • Limited booking privileges

  • Denied future appointments

  • Discontinuation of services


Respect For Reserved Time

Your appointment time is intentionally reserved to provide focused, uninterrupted support. A proper cancellation notice allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain a professional scheduling process.

By booking services with Mia’s Assisting LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules may change.


Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited session time or require a new booking, depending on the circumstances.


Please note:

  • Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable

  • Coaching refunds are not guaranteed once services begin.

Before Your First Life Coach Session

Before your first session, we encourage you to take a moment to reflect on what you hope to gain from coaching or support services.


To prepare, you may want to:

  • Write down your goals or challenges.

  • Identify areas where you feel stuck or overwhelmed.

  • Bring questions you would like answered.

  • Create a quiet, comfortable space for virtual sessions.

  • Arrive with honesty, openness, and realistic expectations.


You may also receive intake forms, journaling prompts, or a brief questionnaire before your appointment to help personalize your experience.


Remember, this is your journey. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.


Coaching Expectations

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to encourage growth, accountability, and intentional progress.


As your coach, my role is to:

  • Provide support and encouragement.

  • Help you identify goals and barriers.

  • Offer guidance, structure, and perspective.

  • Create actionable growth plans.

  • Help you stay accountable and motivated.


As the client, your role is to:

  • Complete agreed-upon exercises or action steps

  • Remain committed to the process.


Please understand that coaching is not a quick fix. Meaningful transformation takes time, consistency, self-awareness, and effort.


Your Complimentary Consultation Appointment

During your free consultation for travel, insurance, and assistant services, it’s essential to have a clear idea of your expectations, desires, and needs regarding the specific service. This will facilitate a smoother conversation.


Preparation Tips:
  • Write down your goals, expectations, and questions before the consultation.

  • Be aware that not all questions may be addressed in the initial meeting.


For Travel:
  • Confirm your desired dates and location.

  • Specify the time frames for activities and meals.


For Insurance:
  • Please ensure you have all the necessary documents ready for the follow-up appointment.

  • Have the coverage you want in mind.


At our first appointment, we will need to complete a scope-of-practice form. Once this is submitted into the system, we can follow up within 48 hours. If you change your mind or want to make any changes, we will need to complete a new scope of practice and restart the process.


All insurance consultations are complimentary, regardless of the number of follow-ups.


For Assistant Services:
  • Whether you require virtual or lifestyle support, it’s important to have a timeframe or due date, along with your expectations and goals.

  • Always allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.


For Virtual Assistant
  • The initial virtual assistant consultation is free. The second consultation requires a deposit or full payment. Follow-up appointment or services related to that project are included, though additional fees may apply for recurring projects.


If you have already booked a virtual assistant project and wish to add extra services, those will follow a separate process.


For Lifestyle Assistant
  • Confirm your desired dates and location.

  • Specify the time frames and durations for in-person sessions to assist with whatever you need.


Lifestyle assistant and support services will be charged per visit.


Mia’s Assisting LLC operates as an appointment-based company. In-person sessions will take place at a local library.
