In a perfect scenario, after an order is placed, it should arrive at your doorstep within two weeks. Here’s how the process works:
Once the order is confirmed, it will be sent to the vendor.
The vendor will then process the order and prepare it for shipping.
The order will be pending for 24 to 48 hours before processing begins.
After processing, which takes an additional 24 to 48 hours, it will be shipped and require another 2 to 5 days for delivery.
Estimated shipping or processing times may be listed at checkout or discussed during custom orders.
Do you ship internationally?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe, along with photos and order details, so we can review the issue and determine the next steps.
Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
Orders may only be modified or canceled within a limited timeframe before processing begins. Once production or shipment starts, changes may no longer be possible.
Custom orders and digital products typically cannot be canceled once work has begun.
