At Mia’s Assisting LLC – Mia’s Custom Creations, we want you to love your shopping experience and your new purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our Return and Refund Policy to ensure a smooth process.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 10 -15 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, intimates (such as lingerie or swimwear), or customized products.
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at miasassistingllc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
Package the item(s) securely and send it back to us using the label provided.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund or store credit and placing a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective item).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at miasassistingllc@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final Sale items
Gift Cards
Lingerie, swimwear, and intimates
Customized or personalized products
Buyers Remorse
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at miasassistingllc@gmail.com.
