How is life coaching different from therapy?

How much does coaching cost?
Current pricing includes:
$45 — 30-Minute Session
$90 — 60-Minute Session
$135 — 90-Minute Session
Program pricing may range from $270–$810 depending on duration and structure. We also have free introductory programs.
How do I pay?
You can purchase sessions individually or pay for the program in full on our website using invoices, pay links, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.
Does my insurance plan cover coaching sessions?
Currently, coaching sessions are paid out of pocket. Typically, insurance companies do not reimburse expenses for life coaching sessions. Life coaching is not recognized as a medical treatment or a service covered by standard health insurance plans.

How does a life coaching session work?
Depending on the program's duration, we will meet once a week to review the previous week's goals and steps, then discuss the next steps and plans for the upcoming week. Each session will have goals and steps to complete before the next session. Some sessions include exercises, book recommendations, and journaling.

Can I stop coaching at any time, at the level of support you need to?
Yes. Coaching is voluntary and designed to support your growth. If services are no longer aligned with your needs, programs may be discontinued. Refunds are not guaranteed.
What To Expect After Booking?
Once your session or program is booked, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your appointment details, next steps, and any forms or preparation instructions if needed.
