Cancellation, Late, & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules may change.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of session time or a booking spot and will require a new booking, depending on the circumstances.

Every session is valuable, and consistent attendance supports consistent transformation.

A “no-show” is defined as:

• Not arriving at the appointment/session.

• Canceling less than one hour before the session

• Arriving too late to continue the session reasonably

If you arrive late to a life coaching session:

• First Late Arrival – Verbal reminder

• Second Late Arrival – $10 late fee

• Third Late Arrival – $25 late fee

• Fourth Late Arrival – $50 late fee

• Fifth Late Arrival – Removal from the program with no refund

Life Coaching clients must provide:

• 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee, as another client cannot fill the session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and counted as a no-show.

Travel Agent, Insurance Agent, Virtual Assistant, & Lifestyle Support Services.

Every booking service is valuable; multiple no-shows will be added to a no-service list.

If you need to reschedule:

• Notice must be given as early as possible.

• We will do our best to find an alternative time.

• Repeated rescheduling may affect program continuity.

Emergency Exceptions

• Life happens. Emergencies such as:

• Hospitalization

• Unexpected medical emergencies

• Natural disasters

• Death in the family

Will be considered valid exceptions and may be excused at the discretion of Mia’s Assisting LLC.

Please note:

• No-shows are non-refundable

• Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable

• Coaching refunds are not guaranteed once services begin.

• Emergencies will be reviewed with understanding and professionalism.

• Repeated missed appointments may result in service discontinuation.
