  • We do not ship directly for our location. We use a third party for shipping.

  • Digital downloads are avaliable immediately.

  • Most products will be delivered within 5-10 business days after purchase.

Returns, Refunds, and Complaints

  • Returns and refunds are avaiable upto 7 days after product is delievered. After 7 days, items will not be eligable for return or refunds.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging. 

  • No refunds or returns on digital downloads.

  • ​We do not offer refunds on used products, change of mind, and wrong sizes.

  • Customers and clients are responsible for shipping and handling. Cost will be deducted from their refund.

  • Most services will require a deposit and paid in full by the end of the service.

•    Payment: All products and services require payment in advance, and certain services and products may require a deposit.
•    Detailed purchasing information is available on our website.

•    Coaching programs and services payment must be made in full prior to service delivery unless agreed in writing for exemption and exclusion.

•    Shipping: Currently, we do not offer direct shipping through our website. Shipping services are provided via Printify Vendors (third-party vendors). We will require 3-5 business days for order processing and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. Most products will be delivered within 5-10 business days.
•    Delivery: Digital products are available for online download only.

•    Warranties: This website and its services are provided “as is,” with all faults and errors. No express or implied warranties are offered.

•    Returns & refunds may be offered within 7 days for missing, wrong items sent, defective, or damaged products. 
•    We do not offer refunds on digital products. Digital products can be redesigned.
•    To qualify for a refund, products under Mia’s Custom Creations must be unworn and have original tags and packaging within 7 days. 
•    Coaching programs and services can be partially refunded. 

 

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling return costs. Returns and exchanges are not typically supported by customer changes of mind or wrong size/color orders.
